The proposed listing of the Cathedral on the State Heritage register is now under consideration. The public are encouraged to make comments. The application will be displayed on the Heritage Commission website until 6 April 2011 (www.heritage.nsw.gov.au). If the listing is successful, the cathedral may apply for a matched grant to undertake conservation every two years.
